“The TPPF family is sad to hear of the unfortunate passing of Kathleen White. It was a tremendous privilege to work with Kathleen, who was deeply passionate about improving the lives of Texans. As our longtime expert on energy and environment, Kathleen’s contributions had an extraordinary impact on the health and welfare of tens of millions across the state. During her time as the head of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the second largest environmental regulatory agency in the world after the U.S. EPA, she oversaw remarkable progress to the state’s air and water quality, all while Texas experienced massive growth. She was a valuable voice for Texans and a wonderful friend.”
