AUSTIN –Texas Public Policy Foundation’s (TPPF) Center for Local Governance Policy Analyst Allegra Hill will speak at the “Save ESD #3” Anti-Annexation Rally TODAY, Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 6:00 pm CST at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio.
"Forced annexation fundamentally violates the principles that make Texas and America great," said Hill. "Texas cities should not be allowed to force their taxes and regulations on the unwilling. It's time for state lawmakers to put an end to this egregious practice."
