Over the last several sessions, the Texas Legislature has passed multiple reforms aiming at reducing removals of children, strengthening families, and improving the safety of children in foster care. These efforts are proving successful, but the job is not finished.

The Texas Public Policy Foundation and Casey Family Programs invite you to join as they discuss the state of Texas foster care, how the legislature has improved child welfare in the state, and what more needs to be done to improve the safety of children in foster care.

Complimentary lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. You’re also welcome to tune in online via livestream.
