Homeless, Not Hopeless: The Real Causes of the Homelessness Crisis image

Homelessness has only increased as one of the most visible representations of government failure in our major cities. Texans in our capital city know this phenomenon all too well, and few know it better than Austinites Matt Mackowiak and Cleo Petricek of Save Austin Now who recently appeared on Dr. Phil to discuss this crisis. Join us at the Texas Public Policy Foundation for a conversation moderated by TPPF’s Michele Steeb who will sit down with Dr. Phil’s guests and Cicero Institute’s Judge Glock to continue the discussion on the Dr. Phil segment and unpack why there is hope for sound policy to ameliorate this crisis. For more information on this topic, check out Michele Steeb’s latest research here. Complimentary light appetizers and drinks will be provided.
