Ross Jackson is a policy analyst for Right On Crime at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He started at the Foundation as an intern and worked as a research assistant while he completed graduate school. His previous work for the Foundation has focused on criminal justice issues including human trafficking and diversion and mitigation programs. Jackson has a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit policy advocacy and a Bachelor of Science in political science from The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. Before working for TPPF, Jackson interned on Capitol Hill for Former Congressman Kevin Brady working on family and worker support legislation. Outside of work and school, Jackson enjoys road-tripping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
