Caroline is the campaign director for the Center on Health and Families initiative at the Foundation, which works to support policies which empower patients with price transparency and restore the physician-patient relationship.
She has previously contributed to several policy areas at the Foundation including local government and technology. She graduated from Hillsdale College with a B. A. in Politics.
She enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country, reading political philosophy, and losing at chess.
