Keith Uhles is a Reservoir Engineer for CrownRock Minerals in Midland, Texas. In his role since its inception in May of 2016, he oversees the company’s reserve report while also providing assistance in prospective deal evaluations and accurate payment on owned properties.

Prior to joining CrownRock Minerals, he worked for CrownQuest Operating in Midland as a Lease Manager and Reservoir Engineering Tech as part of a year and a half training program for his current role with CrownRock Minerals. Prior to moving to Midland, he worked at FC Dallas of Major League Soccer in Frisco, Texas for portions of 6 seasons from 2010 to 2015 in various capacities including Ticket Sales Representative, Fan Relations Specialist, and Fan Relations Manager.

Keith graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2008 with a BA in Christian Studies and double minor in Biblical Studies and English. Upon graduation, he worked as an Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment in the Office of Admissions at DBU while pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Development with a primary concentration in Management and a secondary concentration in Higher Education which he completed in 2010.

Keith grew up in Brownsville, Texas and attended Hanna High School. He lives in Midland with his wife, two daughters, and son (second son due May 2019). In his free-time, he coaches his daughter’s under-7 soccer team and serves as a Community Group Leader and Community Group Coach at his church, Redeemer Midland. He has been a member of the Midland Liberty Leadership Council since its inception in May of 2016 and has served as a co-chair of the group since January of 2018.
